This band basically sucks but their "hits" are fun and great for dancing to in the 80s in dark, dank clubs.

Forgot about this one! I LOVED The Cult - a local band did covers at a dive called RPTracks, and later if you stayed for the second show the owner of the bar would come out sing some blues for us. Ga! Those were good fun times that I'm glad I had. Now, if we had just had Uber back then or even cell phones ... we would have to stay for the second show just to eat and sober up, or wait for better thinking friends to get home so we could call them on their house phone (from the pay phone in the bar) to come back out and get us. Or just sleep it off in the car. Every Friday night. Just listening to the Cult reminds me of all that.
PS - It's looking a little rainy here in Memphis, so I came to visit this thread and see if anything new is on. Thanks, guys! And keep them coming. And does anyone know how or if you can share a Spotify playlist?
