At first I couldn't understand why Stephen King would visit Wichita! I hadn't realized he had written a story inspired by the BTK case. My neighbors that live about a mile from us in the country went to church with Dennis Rader. In fact a long time ago they had a church picnic at their house. Dennis was there. That gave me the creeps! Another friend that went to church with him said that when her husband died suddenly Dennis told her that he would take care of her if she needed him to. She found that remark creepy at the time. Right before his arrest she said she was sitting right next to him at a church meeting. What fascinates me is how he kept this a secret for so long!

I plan to make SK's book signing in KC on Nov 13th. Going to be tight! My copy of "Revival" isn't due to be delivered until Nov 11th. :suspect:
