I didn't quite get what you meant here except for the aim high bit...? (it might be difficult because I am not tall and kicking whilst also standing on a ladder probably isn't advised)
...it's a regional joke...Hilljacks is just another name for Hillbilly's and we in Ohio kid folks to our South about having one leg shorter than the other from having to stand on a slope all day, due to the big hills and mountains.......somehow after all that 'splainin', it ain't that damn funny.....
