The dumlking...a minor, and little known historical figure. He a dwarf and very insecure about his small stature. He enjoyed ambushing his enemies with a bow and arrows and stole their shoes off their feet. I wear his name proudly.
And apparently like to combine others of your kind with chicken as a tasty last supper.

My final meal would have to be the pasta of my youth (although as Italian Americans we called it macaroni & gravy). A long simmered tomato sauce with meatballs, sausage and braciole. Probably a nice big scoop of fresh ricotta dolloped on top of the pasta (more than likely rigatoni). Damn the calories... I'm about to bite the big one!

Tom! Do tell!
I think I've posted about this before. In Italy I've had lampredotto (made from the fourth and final stomach of the cow); cervello (lamb brains); coratella (heart, lung, esophagus sautéed with the purple globe artichokes of Rome); sweetbreads (thymus glands) and for the piece de resistance...

la pajata, which is intestines from a suckling lamb with the mother's milk still in them. They are sauteed with tomato sauce then tossed with pasta. The milk forms a cheesy, creamy sauce. :)

You are a man's man, my man. I have had carné de vaca, which is kind of the same thing as all this stuff...well close...actually it's a hamburger. So I guess I just grossed out a vegetarian or two. :)

I first had it in a German language class--it's apparently a German staple (osnafrank could tell us for sure). Mostly tastes like a strong beef broth, but a little greasier. I've since made it a time or two.

I know it's boring, but a big old porterhouse with a lobster tail. A baked potato the size of my shoe that oozes butter and cheddar cheese. No vegetable because, screw that. And enough Lil' Sumpin' Sumpin' ale to produce the kind of hangover that will have me begging for the big ride.
