How are you feeling now KRF?

How was everybody's Christmas day?

Food lists, we need big looooong food lists. (yes, I'm hungry, only had breakfast today and that was hoooooooours ago)
I made some very yummy cheese biscuits (or scones). Found the recipe in Scotland and have written it in the back of an old book from the Kilbride Parish Church "The Church Hymnary". One of the things I brought back home to Canada...

I use old cheddar cheese and they always turn out nice with layers, kind of like those Pillsbury Flaky Rolls (only 10 times better because they are home made)!

Yesterday was not a good day. Ended up in Urgent Care. No energy. Abdominable pain. One of my 'cuts' was (is) seeping and I was worried that it was infected (turns out it isn't). Worried about the paperwork not getting done in time for the insurance claim. Worried about no money coming in until my claim is approved (probably three weeks from now). Just an overall crap day. Don't mean to be a 'downer'. Today is better.

I'm so sorry, KRF! I'm glad today is a bit better-much love and many prayers being sent your way.

(((KRF))) I'm so sorry things are piling up for you... try to just breathe for a while and let that other stuff go, you need your body to heal so you can take care of other business.
(I went through a time after my surgery too when I thought, wow, this should be feeling better than this by now--I think it was just the swelling putting pressure on sutures, it's very uncomfortable, I know...)
