LATE TO THE PARTY

This recommendation is probably quite late but I have about 40 pages to go in the book gone girl. I do say this is a must read. It's a detective novel as good as mr.mercedes, it's as legal thriller as good as john Grishams a time to kill. Well maybe not that good but close. It's a page turner with surprising twists. U like certain characters then dislike then back to like. Pick this up for sure. With a little patience 1st edition can still be found

I'm waiting for my Cemetary Dance limited edition to be published and sent. I've run across two copies in my thrift store shopping and both have been later printings. It's been discussed here that the first 3/4 of the book are great but then the ending is not so great. Seems to be a trend with her books. I'll decide when I finally get to read it.

I won't give any spoilers bout the end but to me is was just fine. I will be reading this book again for sure down the road

I loved Gone Girl up until the very end, and even the ending wasn't terrible. There was just some preaching (for lack of a better word) about gender equality that got under my skin.

I don't think it was that good. Didn't like the ending. First half to 2/3 are fine but then.... nah!

I watched the movie, does that count? Probably not. But it was a good movie.
