The Way Way Back (2013) Sam Rockwell, Steve Carrell
A teenage boy is having to spend the summer with his mom and her new boyfriend, who he does not like. He does not have any friends at the place they are staying and ends up hanging out at the local water park (owned by the Sam Rockwell character) where he makes some new friends and takes a job there to get away from mom's new boyfriend as much as possible. It's a familiar storyline but it's well done, often humorous and it has Sam Rockwell, who always makes everything he's in a little better. I liked it.
