I LOVE this! Bacall's take on the movie Twilight:
The actress commented that, “Yes, I saw Twilight – my granddaughter made me watch it, she said it was the greatest vampire film ever. After the ‘film’ was over I wanted to smack her across her head with my shoe, but I do not want a (tell-all) book called Grannie Dearest written on me when I die. So instead I gave her a DVD of Murnau’s 1922 masterpiece Nosferatu and told her, ‘Now that’s a vampire film!’ And that goes for all of you! Watch Nosferatu instead!”

one of my favourite films of all time bogie, bacall and I think Edward G. robinson Lauren left an estate of 20 million dollars.
How right she is/was. Or Herzogs remake in the 70-ties sometime. Klaus Kinski great as Nosferatu. Two masterpieces without a doubt.
The Herzog remake is quite good.I remember seeing it in the theater with friends when it first came out. We were all rather impressed... and creeped out by it!
