We have everything left but turkey. I am currently making stock out of the carcass, but I don't know how I'm supposed to make turkey and noodles with no turkey.

The stuffing this year was particularly delicious. I'm usually not a huge fan, but my niece made it, and it was SOOO good. It's pretty much forever changed the way I'll make stuffing, I think.

Now I want some stuffing.

We have decided we don't like turkey. We're doing ham from now on.

We almost never have leftovers at our house. All leftovers are picked up by my father-in-law who doesn't cook unless its on the grill. He really got stocked up this Thanksgiving and is set for at least two weeks. Luckily for my youngest he doesn't like lasagna so she got some of her favorite leftovers. When I was picking up the ham at the grocery store I was looking for something to add with the ham if anyone wanted. I asked this little old lady who was also looking at hams what might work. She suggested I put honey or red beet horseradish out. I already had honey so I picked up the beet horseradish. My father-in-law absolutely loved the combination and asked if he could take the rest of the bottle home for his ham. I said please do because nobody else will eat it (I tried it but it wasn't to my liking). My favorites this year were the hot sauce turkey, stuffing, home made baked beans, and sticky rice. I was too slow on the deviled eggs and broiled shrimp which went fast. For future reference, does anybody know of a sauce or topping that goes good with baked ham?

Thanks for the link. We do a simple glaze made of beer and brown sugar mustard. I might give that quick orange sauce a try from that link though. Sounds like it would go good with ham and looks quick and easy.
...my wife does something similar...she does her own concoction of mustard, clove, brown sugar and a dab or three of BBQ sauce....

Doesn't like lasagna? Huh. Takes all kinds.
