Any LEGO builders out there? I loved LEGO as a kid but rarely got to build because sets were so expensive, so I'd have to make do with a friend's or play with the set at the library.

Now as an adult I occasionally build, it's very relaxing to me and more interesting than doing a jigsaw puzzle. I've tried getting my daughters interested in them but they aren't very interested, although they do like seeing the end product when I'm done.

I just finished building this Ferrari F40 and thought I'd share and see if anyone here does LEGO!

This is really cool.
And you have more pictures of your Lego car than I do of my real one!
JK, but that's a lot of pictures!

My grandson is into Lego's and I have had fun with him putting them together. I found that you can get a Taj Mahal lego kit for $2,500.00 US. I'd love to have that but only if I had money to throw away. There is also a lego controller you can buy that will allow your lego creations to become robotic. That is a bit too expensive as well but very cool. If I were going to do robotics I'd start with a raspberry pi and buy the bits and pieces I needed, then have fun programming it.

My daughter's school uses those for Robotics class and club! They're pretty interesting, but pricey. I was glad the school supplied them.

The Barnes & Noble has Architectural LEGO for $100 and under sometimes :)

Gorgeous. You clever dude, you:feel_good:
There is something deeply Zen about Lego - it's the whole getting down on the floor and building stuff with your little nephews.:grinning:
We had fun.

And I'm glad I got to drive in a sports car (it wasn't a Ferrari though. A Porsche).

Do it (whatever it is) folks - don't regret it.

the last time i played LEGO was when i was in gradeschool, (grade 8) before my LEGO box lost when there was a strong typhoon here. looking forward to have a new set of lego and a book LEGO architecture.

I forgot I had a couple on my phone. Here is "the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy", AKA the Millennium Falcon.
