[Grandpa]

I like the vignette format. The writing is sometimes dull, sometimes sharp. Good comedy moments, some flat times.

Grandma loves it. I like it enough to hold her hand and spend time, but not enough to get invested in it.

It seems to me that it's a try at "Arrested Development" on network TV.

If you're Grandma, you'll love it. If you're me, you're reasonably entertained while ready to move on.

I've been thinking it's a show that I might like. I'll give it a try now. The Ogre has recorded it for me, I just wasn't sure about it. Maybe you're saying it's more of a girl's show. I've never watched Arrested Development. I like The Middle - it seems a parody of my own life at times.
