This is the first forum in which I've ever participated that has a Like option. I'm just not used to it.

So I get these notices that so-and-so liked my message, and in my needy Sally-esque way, I think, "Cool! They like me!"

But rarely does the thought spring to mind as I'm reading through others' contributions, "Hey, you liked that posting. So click Like." After 15 years, give or take a decade, of forum playing, it just doesn't come naturally. But it will. I'll work on it. Because I sure Like it here.

And if no one clicks Like on this one, that would be stunning poetic justice.

I like the 'thanks' and 'like' options of the old board better, coz I don't want to make a poster think I like thier being sick or whatever thier bad situation is, but I want to tell them thanks for posting that coz I care about thier situation and am glad they're on the board with us...

Same for me, though I'm trying to remember!
