I thought of Bob Odenkirk and Breaking Bad instantaneously when I read the name Augie Odenkirk.


I do not interpret the naming book characters after iconic people and then maiming those characters conveys a like or love, of the iconic people, but rather a mischievous jeer.

Well if he played for the New York Yankees, I'm almost positive Stephen King would NOT have liked the guy. I remember reading an interview of him in 1982, saying that "If you asked who I hated more, Bucky Dent or the Ayatollah Khomeini, I'd have to think about it and get back to you.
