This is going to show just how technologically ignorant I am, but I have been afraid to visit SKMB on a different device other than the one I most generally use. Can we log in on say, our desktop, then log in on our tablet, and still hope to be logged in on our desktop when it suits our need? That is, providing we have checked the "Remember Me" box etcetera?

If I log out, I have to log back in again, same as it's been since I joined. If I stay logged in but don't post a reply or anything, I's still logged in. I haven't seen any glitches in the system for a while. About two years ago I thought the 'W' was faint on any word I entered containing the letter 'W', but that was my keyboard after I dropped coffee on it.

I've been logged in for a week. I don't know when I'm going to be able to get out.

If you go to the main site first Welcome to StephenKing.com and then click message board, you shouldn't have to log in every time.

Doesn't really work either.

It's not that you're ALWAYS logged out when you leave the forum (and when you checked the 'stay logged in' box). Most of the time you are, but sometimes it remembers you for one return.

But it seems this can't be fixed? Everyone has it?

I've had good luck going through the main site and clicking message board so maybe there is something funky about the combo of your device and the site.

One thing you can do if you run Norton Security on your computer is set up the password vault. With Norton's password vault, you can store all your logins in the vault and login to all of your sites through the vault. Norton's password vault is a nice feature to use for many sites. It doesn't work on sites (like Banks) that use multiple pages for logins but it works great for sites like this.
