Anyone have one they want to get rid of? This is for a friend here at my work who I just got hooked on reading King. So far he has started with 11/22/63 and just finished THE SHINING.

I am a huge fan of this story and neither of us have been able to find even a paperback at any of the local used stores.

If you are just looking for a version for them to read, you should find a copy of The Bachman Books. They are pretty plentiful and can be found relatively easily and cheaply. Or even easier is a Kindle/Nook version.

If you want the paperback of The Long Walk keep your eye on eBay and ABE. Even a poor copy can be pricy though. By the time you paid for it, I don't think you'd want to treat it as a "reader copy". :)

I have an extra hardcover of The Bachman Books (missing dust jacket) that I would be happy to send you. PM me your address if you're interested. :)

I have a very nice copy myself, I just seen that it had been printed in a cheaper Paperback version as a stand alone story. Though someone might have a copy they could part with. And it looks like Morgan more than came thru.
