Every time I look at the moon since July 20th 1969 I think "we have walked around on that". My eyes mist with a pride in mankind that nothing can take away. My heart swells and I feel hope and a sense that we will conquer our baser nature to move forward and conquer the universe. The only thing which almost takes it away is when some idiot says it was faked. I fear then for the state of our education system. I fear a bit for myself that I seriously want to knock their teeth out. Then I remember that we have always had to drag our flat earthers along with the rest of us even during our finest hours.

All my fb friends are going nuts over the moon...I hate to admit, it looks normal to me. Actually, less bright than usual (usually it's blinding through our skylights while I'm trying to sleep). Maybe tomorrow. How long is it supposed to last?

Another 4 billion years or so. :)

Ya got me :a11:

Hopefully tomorrow night it will be more spectacular :joyous:
