I always worry that Meatloaf will pass on stage. He has been rocking hard many years and not in the best of shape.
...if that were to be his fate, he would probably think it just....

I was reading on Burton Cumming's site that he was worried about Meatloaf's health because he cancelled some shows.
Now they are saying dehydration. I think his old ticker is bothering him. He was probably sent to the Royal Alex. Becky's kidneys are hurting her again. They told her there would be a four hour wait. If I had been with that would not have happened. I am the bitch that they do not want to see coming. I would bug the crap out of them till they surrender a bed.
Meat Loaf puts on a physically strenous show, so I wasn't surprised when I heard he collapsed. I hope he is okay, though. He might not sound great now, but in his prime he was one of the best.

I remember reading years (decades?) ago that he sometimes passed out after performances because he strains so hard when he sings and doesn't manage his breathing. This happened in 2011, and again 3 days later. The incidents I'm thinking of are much farther back than that, though. Back in the 80s and 90s. This isn't new. It is frightening, though.

That's very true.
I didn't word myself properly. The article I read said that they verified stable vitals upon his arrival at the ER. Most definitely could have been, though. I hope he takes care of himself.
...no criticism intended of you Hun...just that I've seen people with good BP's, pulse rate etc....that were in the middle of an active MI....

Yeah,I knew a guy who worked security at one of his concerts here several years back,he said that Meat was shaking and sweating between songs,he really thought he was going to collapse right there.
