Would you suggest starting with Last Words?

That would work. Last Words has a sequel called Rise The Dark. These are the last two novels he has released.

I liked The Ridge too.

There are 4 books in a series with a private eye named Lincoln Perry. I have read the first one of those but not the others but I enjoyed the first one.

Hell, I like all of them.

Yeah, Last Words is absolutely superb, gives you the creeps and it`s not a supernatural or horror novel.
He is one very, very talented wordslinger...

Downloaded Last Words and made the mistake of reading "the first few pages" just to see if I liked it. Can't put it down! It's been a while since I've had that can't-wait-to-read feeling. Unfortunately, I'm about 225 pages into Sleeping Beauties, and now I'll have to read both of them. Thanks for the recommendation.

Finished Last Words several days ago. Once I started, it was very hard to put down. One of those books you keep thinking of, even when you’re not reading it. I’ll definitely be reading more of Koryta’s books.
fljoe0, have you read the next Mark Novak novel, Rise the Dark?

I wasn't claustrophobic before I read Last Words but I was by the time I finished the book. ;-D

Yes, I have read Rise The Dark. You should enjoy it. It's electrifying.
