I watched a 20/20 on this last night.

Very disturbing. How far should a film maker go to get a shot? They had live film of the train approaching and it could not stop.

A filmmaker can go as far for a scene or a shot as allowed by the finances he has for insurance and a crew of risk-geneticals or those desperate for work.
