Plenty of Chocolate chunks, and dipping chocolate, and white chocolate nuggets for you Kingricefan....and fresh from the oven goodness for GG, and Echinatia tea for Siggy, and some Kava tea for Neesy...
Kava tea? The first thing that popped in to my mind was "cavity"???

Okay - thanks - it turns out to be a stress relief tea!

My Neice (who is now an RN, but also into holistic and alternative healing) turned me on to Kava Kava tea for insomnia due to 'worry, stress and wacky nerves'. Tastes somewhat gross, but works miracles. I usually fall asleep within the hour of drinking a cup. I'm thinking of you Neesy and your choices. Good Luck Sweet Pea. Regardless what happens, it will work out... You DO have us too..

Thank you VultureLvr45 - I guess it is worth a try.

I have tried chamomile tea in the past. Hot milk seems to also help me, although some disagree with drinking dairy products, but I have never had a problem with them. I guess natural remedies are the way to go - pills only work for a while and also have side effects.

p.s. I voted for Stephen King too and I see he currently is still at # 1!

How do you change the rank, aside from reranking the whole list and creating your own list?
All you do is vote. Plus it only allows you to vote once, so I hope you didn't vote for William Faulkner! [(just kidding @skimom2) - about Faulkner, that is.]
You really can vote, but just one time.
