CAT!! I'm shocked!!!

Our preferred beer was Schmidt's when we were younguns because it was CHEAP!!!:applause:
I thought I was in heaven when I snuck one of my dad's beers and he had Schmidt's on hand. He usually got Valley Forge beer that I think he paid $1.50 for a case of 16 ounce bottles. The anguish experienced at Valley Forge has dual meaning for me. :)

That is why we drank Keystone! Just the sight of the cans are enough to make the tumtum turn. Blechhh! I don't think I've ever had Schmidt's. ;-D

The things we learned in our youth......LOL. Schmidt's I'm afraid is no longer brewed........:(

Oh yes it is! A lot of people still drink it in these parts. When you pass thru in November I'll be sure to pick you up a case. :)

No, only the 12oz in Schmidt's. He went classy when it came to premium beer. :)

Schaefer was brewed in the Lehigh Valley (my neck of the woods) for some time until Stroh's took it over. Then the whole operation went to hell.

It's in every beer distributorship around here.

Come on. Schaefer employed a lot of people around here back in the day. We sang the jingle in school right after the Pledge Of Allegiance. :)
