Hello. I've been reading Stephen King books since he came out with Carrie. Every time he'd come out with a new book I'd buy it. I LOVE Stephen King! Last night I was going through my SK books & ran across Blaze under the name of Richard Bachman. To my surprise I've never even read it! So I am now reading it. That is a nice surprise! Also yesterday I was over joyed to find out SK is coming to my city for his Revival book tour. I am so there! My dream come true! Anyhow, hi everyone!
New in this forum but an oldie reading SK's books.

Welcome. Nice post. I too have recently discovered Bachman. Early King was a juggernaut.

(It's so wonderful that you're having that last minute surprise enjoyment. I hope you'll be patient with me when I admit my love/concern relationship with everything I read by him. He twists me, I let him, I watch his power, I feel his human strength, I admit the ways the darkness creeps forward across the lawn and under the porch roof leaving my skin chilly, knowing I need blankets and something warm inside. The shapes of the people rivet me-- their reactions, their dilemmas. They become plays to me, arguing inside for their own sanity, facing hopelessness, sometimes without God, sometimes without A DRIVE TO SUBDUE-- and now I've said too much-- and I haven't read it all-- but I'm going to, because he can't be avoided-- because he's too ripe-- too luscious-- because they aren't all THERE-- they type it up and it's mush.
