It's been quite a while since I read the Bachman novels/stories. The only one I vaguely remember with a parallel universe-type aspect is The Regulators which mirrored King's Desperation. There are many SK experts on this board and I hope you find the answers you're looking for!

Do they all of the Richard Bachman books take place in one universe? Similar to how other Stephen King novels and short stories take place in the same universe?
Maybe it is just me, but I see the Bachman books as almost like Stephen King's alter ego.

Welcome. Actually, Mr. King was experiencing split personality syndrome when he/they wrote the Bachman Books. So the Bachman
stories would actually take place in two universes at the same time. The Bachman universe and the Stephen King universe. Mr. King
explains his reasoning in a Foreword titled "Why I was Bachman." I would read this with a grain of salt as Mr. King/Bachman was/were
under the delusion he/they was/were two people at the time. I know. It's very confusing.
