Amen, brother. And it terrifies me that people vote off of Internet memes.

No wonder this country is going to hell in a hand basket. If we keep getting replies like this, which we clearly are and on this very board, then we deserve what we get. And as I watch the country go down in flames I'll be satisfied in the fact that I didn't contribute to it because I thought it was funny to make fun of someone.

You know this. I know this.

It's unfortunate that most of America doesn't.

And saying, "Well, they should know better so I'm going to spread what I want," just doesn't cut it. People spreading this sh*t should also take some personal responsibility.

That's because Americans allow and support that school of thought. And it's ridiculous.

Yes I realize that. I just refuse to dumb myself down to their level. The joke is funny, just as it was when it made the rounds about Bush, Clinton, Bush Sr. and so on. It's an old joke and shouldn't be shelved just because some people might think it's true.

So much for the claims that there is no evidence of voter fraud.

And that's just one that got caught.

Somebody more familiar with the electoral vote would have to tell me: would Obama have been reelected without Ohio?

Yes. Obama received 332 votes to Romney's 206. Ohio's 18 votes would not have made a difference.

    From the following article:

A Hamilton County poll worker who has been held up nationally as an example of voter fraud took the stage at a local voting rights rally – outraging Republicans and dismaying even top local Democrats.

I have no doubt that there is voter fraud, for the simple reason that any human activity will have an element of fraud at some point. The question is whether the incidence is deserving of the hysteria, time, and resources applied to it.

If a couple dozen states are up in arms and generating legislation about a few hundred stray votes, I would suggest that their law enforcement could look at those occasions on their own and not get their legislative panties in a big ol' bunch about failures of the system. There will always be fraud. Prosecute it through existing channels until you find those channels inadequate.

question is, if there are a few hundred stray vote frauds that got caught, how many didn't? There needs to be a way to police the voting system, if each American citizen's vote is supposed to really mean something.

The first "Lady" stepped on a Chinese entertainer and broke his foot. Spends exorbitantly, and they're ready for her to leave.
    Funny, so are many Americans.

CHOWMEIN, China (WNB) - While First Lady Michelle continues to enjoy her Chinese vacation official visit, it appears most Chinese can't wait for her to go home.

"She all over the place 'move move move' - I gonna be sick if I hear that one more," said a housewife.

Reports say many Chinese are disgusted at Mrs. Obama's insanely expensive outfits and opulent spending, knowing the U.S. is broke and deeply in debt to their country. "Wha, she can not buy at JC Penny or stay at Red Roof Inn like normal person?" said one disgruntled Beijing businessman.

Even the normally polite Chinese press has been increasingly critical of the First Lady, reporting this morning that a well known entertainer suffered a broken foot when Mrs. Obama accidentally stepped on him during one of her many "let's move and drink water" appearances. "She like a wild moving water buffalo causing danger, I lucky I not killed," said Habisake Omi, star of China's Got Tarent.
