? on current price of the running man

Have an opportunity to buy a first edition of the running man. Seller assures me it's a first edition. The number line is correct and first printing may 1982 is on copyright page. The one thing that has stopped me from pulling the trigger is on stephen king collector website it has orginal price as 2.95 when I click on 1st edition tab and then click on the running man. But on the picture from the sellers book it says 2.50. Since the sellers picture price is lower I am assuming just a mistake on the website. But u know what happens when you assume, lol. So wondering anyone know the correct price or somewhere to go to find out. I have Googled it but can't find more info.
