Hi. Thank you. So all our circulating coinage has a stamp for "Liberty" and you can see in any example for USA coins. Now, just taking the prefix "e-" to denote electronic, for example, "e-mail," meaning "electronic mail" then with the same juxtaposition one can achieve "e-liberty," thus "electronic liberty."
