Have roughly 45 minutes til the dryer buzzes again, but kids are watching cartoons and Brandon has a work meeting shortly, so can't camp out downstairs, have to watch RJ! I'm guessing from all the fanning going on, it would be inappropriate to watch with kids in the room.

I have to say that fight scene between Jamie and Claire (when Jamie says that she owes him an apology) was so terrifically acted by Caitriona and Sam. Just wow! One of my favorite parts in the book and they completely NAILED it!

Well, this latest episode (The Search) of Outlander was
quite boring without Jamie!
Got a little behind................ahem, but watched the episode with the trial last night. Loved the ending to this one and whether or not
Hopefully the next episode will explain if it happened or not.
Claire went back in time or not before returning to Jaime.
All caught up now and I'll say that the episodes in the prison were some of the hardest pieces of television viewing since Game of Thrones broke the mold. Yikes!
The season finale was tough to watch even after having read the book so knowing what to expect.
The
torture scenes inter-mixed with Randall trying to have his way with Jamie was absolutely brutal. I found it very well done. I could tell it was good by the women screaming in the living room with me.
Considering the subject matter, I shouldn't laugh but that made me LOL.
We had to pause it a few times.............one when
Randall used the metal mallet on Jamie's hand. That had me screaming after remembering so many close encounters with my hammer............
and when
he drove the spike through that hand to attach him to the table....that had the ladies screaming....
and also when
Randall got Jamie's shirt off and started kissing/licking his scarred back. The girls were screaming......I was puking....
