Outlast. Anyone?

We have been discussing horror video games at the old board... I don't know if the thread exists here.

Recently I have found a new horror game (genre survival horror), Outlast. Has anyone tried it? I must confess that I've been playing for about 10 minutes and I have no intention to play again. This is terribly scary! (And I have not even seen actual enemies yet) I have always thought no movie or computer game can scare me... I was wrong, I guess.

Sounds awesome. Is it on 360 as well? I looooove Horror games

Dammit, nevermind. Pc and later PS4... I'm still debating Xbox One/PS 4 though so who knows... They both still have to drop in price seriously for me to get one

Yes, it's a first person game... only it's not a shooter. The problem is you cannot fight back, you have no weapon, you can only run and save yourself...Creepy!

I do believe my son has played this ... said it had a high creep factor .... he liked it

I admire people who have ended it, I will not be able to play it again, really, too scary.

By the way, I installed another game like Outlast. Amnesia: the Dark Descent. Very cool game, too. Although, also very scary for me... I guess I just can't bear feeling helpless...
