Up until I was maybe 10(?) my Christmas gift to my mom was Evening in Paris. I don't remember if she ever actually wore it. I think I chose it because I thought the blue bottle was pretty. Later learned that Chanel No. 5 was what she really liked to wear but was out of my price range until I was much older and working.

These days I don't wear perfume as often because of all the places that ask you not to because of fragrance sensitivities. When I do, it's Hermes Eau des Merveilles which my daughter bought me, keeping up the family tradition. :smile2:
....I have never heard of that fragrance, so old dog-learned a new thing.....

I'm not a big fan of smelly things in most cases. Body sprays and perfumes and those types of things often make my head ache. I do have one kind of perfume I'll wear now and then. It's been a long time since I found another I like. I wear Rapture, which is a Victoria's Secret perfume.
I do collect perfume bottles, though. I used to have so many I had no place to put them all. I still have over one hundred. :)

I’ll have to pick my wife some Cruella De Vil.

Off topic, but my ex MIL. Her lab was named was named Chanel. She was the 5th puppy. And the sweetest girl you ever met.

I am still baby powdering. I know. I have to get some of that estee that I gave my mom ever year.
