Hi folks! I run a literary theatre company and have an idea for how one of Mr. King's novels could be adapted. Who do I contact to make the pitch? THANKS!

I'll send you a private message.Greetings,
I was about to ask a very similar question and just saw this thread. I wish to adapt one of King's novellas into a radio (audio) play. Not an audiobook, but a fully-dramatized audio adaptation. I'm not really doing it for the money but for the challenge and the credit, although there may be some financial gain involved if it is sold to BBC Radio. Whom do I contact for permissions? What is the procedure? I've done several Google searches but found very little info.
Thank you and best wishes,
C
I will tag Marsha to see if she can help.Another question about permission. In the May 1988 issue of Castle Rock (good luck finding one, it took me almost 25 years), I had a story and some pictures published (on the front page.) I would like to reproduce the article, either by scanning or retyping it, on my facebook page. If I retype it, I could add the pictures, and some more (in color), which I took in Bangor in February, 1988. I tried contacting the editor to get permission, but I couldn't find her on the internet. (I did find another editor with the same name but it wasn't the same person.) As a professional photographer I always try to be respectful about copyright issues because my copyright is constantly being ignored. So, can I please do this? Even better, I wish there was a link to an on-line library of Castle Rock. Any plans for that?
...have never seen any plans for a catalog of that material...but our Ms. Mod may be able to address the copyright issue on Monday...Another question about permission. No plans to do that at this time. I'll get in touch with Stephanie to see if she has any problem with your doing this and get back to you.Another question about permission.
