I don't post a lot of warm n fuzzy stuff, but I thought this was pretty awesome!!

You needed a tissue warning on that one. May both dogs find forever homes. Thanking those who take the time and give the love and caring for all rescues, senior dogs included. Oh he is so precious!
Thanks, Hoss, I needed a good cry to go with the rain.:feel_good:

Older pets are awesome, DJ. My Gismo (Spideyman) was an older doxie. You don't have the puppy training, and yes there are little quirks they have from past owners, but the love-- that pure unconditional love.
Exactly. I don't have the patience for puppy training, but I do have the patience for an older dog or cat, with their older issues. I have 'em too!

Can't watch but am praying for good homes for these dogs. I'm thinking someday I may adopt older pets.
I'm the same way sometimes, Deej. It's not weakness, it's a legitimate way of dealing with some of the horrors the world has to offer. It's like some people can't bring themselves to be present when their animal must be put to sleep. It's okay when they can't. I think it'd be worse for the animal to see the owner in such grief. Vids like this one are uplifting as rescues always are, but also as reinforcement of the goodness in humanity.

Now, let's not discourage hoss from trying something new.:encouragement:

It's not that, some folks...ahem...suck all the air out of that warm n fuzzy posting room. So the rest of us have to find our niches to be known. :)
