Promotional Freebie's

Hello everyone,

I am hoping this goes here? I have been seeing a lot of 'promote with us, its free' , type of ads. I was wondering in anyone has had any experience with these types of services, good or bad, they would share with me and others here? Thanks in advance. I have learned free tends be either too good to be true or worth what ya pay for it. I like many, I imagine, want my work to be seen by as many as possible. Being published by a small publishing company, a lot of the promotion falls to me. I am always looking for new ways to get out there. Any suggestions would be welcome.

...only thing I would say, is make sure ANYTHING you put out there-that is your intellectual property-gets copyrighted in some way, so the thieving bastids can't try to pull one over on you...
