I laughed when I saw this thread - and I needed a laugh, so thanks!
I have a friend who is turning the big 6-0 this Saturday and for his party, I am in charge of the pork butts. I will be slow-cooking on the grill, 3 - count them 3 - pork butts, which will first be rubbed all over with brown sugar, kosher salt and chili powder. When they come off the grill and are resting, I will make some homemade BBQ sauce, then I will pull them with my fingers and everyone at the party will love me forever!
Glad to know there are a few other folks on here who know appreciate a good pork!
