Pembroke Welsh Corgi
The Queen's breed didn't start out as a castle dweller. She was developed in twelfth-century Wales as a cattle drover. Britain's Queen Elizabeth fell in love with the breed as a teen and has kept them ever since.

I feel that humans are expected to recover better because we're given better mechanisms for it. Animals suffering emotionally is too much for me. I dunno why I even posted that one.
I came to a realization that the two cats I now own just very well might be my last. That is just a mind blowing thought. Okay, yes, we can die any minute, young or old. but if things play out well for both me and the cats and I reach older age and they do too, and I outlive these cats, I will be pushing 70s.

I feel a real responsibility to my loved ones not to get a kitten at that time, because chances are, I won't outlive that cat and someone would have to be responsible for him. Not fair to the cat or the people I leave behind. But, all this being said, I can't imagine living my life without a cat, so I will adopt older animals from the shelter.

None of this probably makes any sense. Waving my hand across the screen, move on, nothing to see here.
