R.I.P. Barry Dennen

A prolific actor who appeared in The Shining (1980), as the ancestor of the man who built The Overlook. He had a great career. I'd always assumed he was British and faking an American accent (in The Shining), but I just read he was Chicago born! He did just about the most perfect English accent I've ever heard. He did a lot of voice-overs, including Star Wars: The Clone Wars. But you'll most likely remember him as Pilate in the film (and he also did it on stage) Jesus Christ Superstar, Oddly, he does the prettiest song in the whole film.
