Not too sure if this is the right word for the self-titled tune, but the Ramones recorded a track, 'Pet Semetary,' for this film. In case you forgot where in the movie it can be heard, it's at the end credits if I recall correctly. Can't post a link to the YouTube vid yet, but I'll try soon!

Also, the song playing during the truck scene (I can't find out how to add the 'Spoiler' tag, I've been gone long! Help me Ms. Mod! xD) is by the Ramones, although I'm not 100% what it was, I think it was 'Sheena Is a Punk Rocker.'

We don't currently have a Spoiler button--you have to use the coding to add it. Type the word Spoiler between brackets [ ] and at the end of the spoiler type /spoiler also between brackets [ ].

Under your bed
To cool for school, baby. One of our local classic rock stations play this every year around Halloween, and when I hear it (usually at work), I go ballistic and sing along as loud as possible. I mean, I sing along to ANY Ramones song, but this one has that double meaning for me.

Stephen King mentioned the Ramones quite a few times in the book because he was often listening to them while writing it. Then when the movie was made, the filmmakers made sure to get one Ramones song on the soundtrack to reflect the mentions of them in the book. That song was Sheena is a punk rocker, and it was played by the truck driver in the scene
of Gage's death.
Additionally, the filmmakers were able to get the Ramones to write and record one original song for the movie - which was played during the closing credits.
