Why is it that we can land humans on the moon and a dune buggy on Mars, but we can't figure out what in the h*ll happened to Malaysian Airlines 370? It's been 6 months since it disappeared, and investigators are now searching an area that is over 60,000 km2, with over 1000 possible flight paths that the jet could have taken before it went down.

Those poor, poor families of the victims. To not know what happened is almost as bad as knowing you'll never see your loved one again.
I think it was hijacked, landed somewhere, and is being, or is going to be, used for terrorist ops, like the ones seized in Libya. If that happened, I hope the passengers were not collateral damage.

I just dreamed last night that I was in line for a ride at a disney-like park. The line was huge. Just as I was getting ready to enter the inside building part of the line, a guy stepped up and said the ride was closed.

As I left, I saw my deceased aunt waiting. My two cousins were on the ride. She was waiting for them.

Sort of freaked me out as you can read a lot into that. First time I've ever had the dream.
I assume your cousins are still alive. That reminds me of the Twilight Zone episode, where the guy says, "Room for one more." Maybe the ride is life, and it ends in the building.

I have a question... Why the heck does iOS think they have to change everything when they do an update? Why can't they give us the option of only updating bug fixes. I HATE iOS 8.0.2! And I had to delete some photos, videos and aps to free up enough GBs in order to download the thing that included aps I don't want :(

and... Everytime I click on the LIKE button, my twopid keyboard pops up *grumble gritch*

yep, still alive and healthy. I hate facing fears. i do it because I have too, but I'd rather not.
Well, then, I think the ride is life:victorious:, the building is death:angel:, and your aunt is waiting for your cousins to finish the ride of life, and join her. The fact that you were denied entrance to the building is a good sign, of course.:eagerness:

Yes, it is a real pain when engineers and marketers "improve" things. Look at Windoze 8, most software updates, New Coke, etc.

What was Captain Hook's name before he lost his hand?
Biography of the character[edit]
Barrie states in the novel that "Hook was not his true name. To reveal who he really was would even at this date set the country in a blaze", and relates that Peter Pan began their rivalry by feeding the pirate's hand to the crocodile. It is implied that he attended Eton College and Balliol[6] in the play: Hook's final words are "Floreat Etona", Eton's motto. Barrie confirmed this in a 1927 speech entitled "Captain Hook at Eton".
