A few weeks ago, I had mentioned to a friend that I might join her team at a local Alzheimers Walk (that took place today).
Earlier, she posted pics on fb and I commented "Sorry I couldn't make it, I completely forgot!".
I deleted the comment as soon.as I realized my mistake...hope no one took offense

Thats sort of funny!

Don't worry about offending anyone - my Dad had severe Alzheimer's so I understand

I once got a call asking if I'd go door to door in January asking for donations for the Alzheimer's Society; I had to decline since it's usually minus 40 with a wind chill up here at that time of year !!

Totally jealous of everyone who has bought Sleeping Beauties already. I usually preorder SK's new releases but I'll probably have to wait and borrow this one from the library.
