Random Thought.

I've never seen 'The Hunger Games', or read the book. Caught it on TV halfway and it looks like it could be a watch. I should probably turn it off and watch or read first.
The first book was good, the second okay, and the third not so good. Movies were all right (I haven't seen the latest and last one yet).

I've only seen the first movie and haven't read the books either. Has anyone seen Winter's Bone? I think it was JL's breakthrough role. So sad, but so good. That was probably the best performance of hers I've seen so far. Think she was nominated for an Academy Award.
Winter's Bone is the best movie she's done so far. Sad, but she did a really good job in it--well worth the academy award nomination.

No - I missed all that and couldn't figure it out. I saw a feather with glitter but I don't understand.

Yes - pink glitter earbuds that some little PITA 12 year old coveted.
I've had 2 pairs of Rasta-colored earbuds disappear. No one will admit they took them, but I have a pretty good idea whose backpack and pockets I should be rifling through

Silver Linings Playbook is awesome. I don't know which one of them I loved more:

She is wearing her shirt wrong. :grinning:

um yeah - not sure how wearing a backwards leotard over a sports push-up bra helps with athletic performance but her co-star doesn't seem to mind!:hmm:

I like to watch cooking programs. Was looking on free Hulu and started watching a show called The Chew. They are all eating and talking and laughing (simultaneously) and it is grossing me out!
Yeah, the Chew is not always easy to watch. There are some talented folks on there and then there's the rest of them. When they are all talking (and chewing) at once, it's not pretty! :O_O:

Don't sound like anything I could watch.

I don't have hulu, but I'm going to have to get it before 11.22.53 comes on.

I like to watch Chopped and Good Eats.
I don't have the Hulu that you pay for either. Might have to subscribe when that series airs.

I liked Chopped too (watched random episodes on Netflix and free Hulu). It totally freaks me out when the contestants accidentally cut themselves though!! :barf:

We're so uncool, but then they take our stuff. Found them in her room. So now I can listen to Jefferson Starship while I talk to you fine people for a bit before the big long week without the SKMB.

"Here I am...missing you... here I go I'm lovin' you" I love that era of their music.

I used to watch the food network. Then they got all nuts with cupcake wars and silly shows.

I watch PBS to see cooking tips, now.
That Cupcake Wars show is dumb as h*ll! I didn't even make it through one whole episode. Never had the Food Network, just watched random stuff on Netflix mostly. I like the cooking shows on PBS as well - Saturday mornings, baby!! :)
