Hey Neesy , we are thinking of you and if it helps to know we are dreading you going back to work too and agree with everything Holly has said here.
Thanks - I will actually miss some of the Games here, too. I know - they are just a "time passer" but they are fun, too! I hope I can keep seeing you in the Games thread :grinning:.

Andy goes back up North on February 7th so I can still come here after work and on weekends.

You mean, I must tape the pen to my shoulder?!
No dumba** move your shoulder and you will see!Ha just kidding blunt, but I tried it and now I see why..thanks for the tip DJ! though my handwriting skills are going quickly downhill due to needing to keyboard everything..

The movement is supposed to come from your shoulder. That's why people get writer's cramp in the hands and wrists, they are trying to write with those muscles when you're supposed to use shoulder and forearm to move the pen. I guess it takes practice to get the hang of it if you haven't been doing it.

Never ever heard that DanaJean! Very interesting....
Did you know that I am the worst gift buyer in the world? I just spent an hour in Target and came out with a sparkly puppy purse for my niece. I already had her a cool little belly skirt. Here's hoping she likes it. I'm horrible at shopping. When I worked at Borders every gift I gave came from there, shopping was so much easier!

Me too! However, now that I am into vintage copies of books, it's easier to go the the thrift store or Amazon. I do miss though browsing. We have to drive a bit for our Barnes and Noble. I love taking the kids. Whether I am in the library, Half-Priced books or a chain bookstore, I feel at home. Home is where the books are!

La! La deee dah! I'm ready to snap. Fair warning maybe...working on a window estimate here...the fax should be arriving shortly...the 6th fax for this bid...gaaaaaaaaa!~ The previous one, made a few changes, change the casement-bay to a casement-double hung, right, thinking that should save the customer a few bucks, oh yeah, you betcha. I'm looking over the fax, preparing the (here's the phone/fax ringing now)...anyway, I'm looking it over and the price is MORE than a casement option. WHAT! I look at the other changes...notice a price increase in four other window sizes. I give Bob a call...great guy, courteous, patient...tell him I'm going ga-ga-ga. He doesn't know what happened, but when he plugs in the quote number, the prices are back to the previous low. Fax is still running...okay...feel better now...didn't want to trudge through all that snow up the water tower. All is well.
