Beer and a Benedryl? I've done the Epsom salts in a bath trick - it's great to help you relax - all that lovely warm water. I've just never heard of drinking a beer at the same time as taking Benedryl- makes me wonder if that gives one hallucinations or some such thing.

Oooh ! Hallucinations: where do I sign up? Beer & benedryl & a bubble bath will knock me right out when I'm ailing - which, sadly is now. I never get sick but today: fever, chills, aches, ear ache, blah, blah, blah. And my co-worker is out ever sicker, so she won. I have to work through it. Fortunately I have my own office so I stop people at the door with a warning - enter at your own risk.

I haven't actually clicked on the Chewbacca mom thing. I generally am not a fan of viral vids.
To me, it was just a silly diversion. I'm not sure if it was an affectation or if that's her true personality but I got a kick out of it. Sometimes it is just nice to laugh with someone for the pure joy of it. I guess it pulled me away from all of the political junk on television for awhile. That's a plus.

My favorite part was right at the end: "It's the simple things." The rest I could take or leave, but that truism made me smile :)

Oh dear - how are you feeling now? Just get one of those surgical masks and wear that - perhaps draw a smiley face on the front of it?

I've not seen this one....and I generally like John Carpenter. Can I find it on YouTube or Netflix?
I first watched it on Hulu, as a Masters of Horror episode. I've since found the DVD, and that's what I watched last night, with all the extras. Very different look at Norman Reedus, for those who only know him from The Walking Dead.
