LOL - I did a very fine 30 mins of spinning and 30 mins of strength training today, and then ate hot fries. It's all about balance

There is a beautiful luna moth on my porch door this morning. I'm waiting for it to come good daylight to get a picture of him. I don't normally see them around here.

YES! A great friend of mine who has been a fan for over 20 years has in the past couple of years gotten in tight with the members of the band. Only in Ireland--lol.
