I responded incredulously to one of Kurben's posts when I mistakenly thought he was bashing Lincoln. I was really embarrassed when others pointed out he was referring to a novel. LOL.
I don't think you can top that kind of brain fart.
....oh yes you can, I could kill a night around a good taste bonfire with my stupidity....

Apologies if I may have been mean with my posts or snarky this past week. Bad week. Just got out of hospital last night.

Again, sorry to those that I might have offended. Fingers without head. They type.

You've been in the hospital this week? I hope you're OK. May you be well. I was packing my boss's digs this week and came across this - I thought it was a gag gift or something, but I smelled it and it smells just exactly like you think Pope air would smell like. Like Chrism - like a newly baptized baby's forehead. I might have to get some.

Alas, my local music store shut its doors. They specialized in selling decent instruments at reasonable prices. Spent much time there throughout the years. But times, they are a-changin’. :(

The death of the electric guitar - Washington Post

The Guitar Centers and On-line retailers are killing the Mom and Pop shops. They have to adapt or die. Profit margins in that retail sector are razor thin. If the stores are not in a location where there are a lot of musicians they will be forced to close. Luckily, the store I have been buying gear from since the 80's is still around and has adapted enough to still be successful, at least for now.

The other contributing factor is the state of the music industry. So much of what is being churned out today is crap. With auto-tune and samplers pretty much anyone can create music. Doesn't mean it's any good, though.

:love_heart: Might have to drink it at this point.
You remembered. Never did cork it that time.
But I sure did breathe it. I felt weird doing it, but still did. Thank you, HollyGolightly
