Tonight's random thought - hubby came back! It was a bit of a surprise to me last night. I thought he was coming home Monday - it's nice to have company again
:m_applause: Maybe we will finally get the tree up tomorrow!
I'm happy for you Neese, I know you miss him lots when he is away. I hope you guys have a wonderful Christmas. :biglove:

Just finished Broadchurch--it was miles better than the US version (Gracepoint). Not one single aspect was better stateside--makes you wonder why they messed with it in the first place.

Tomorrow: church, running kids, & hopefully wrapping presents (not a single one is wrapped yet :( ) Still, DD#2 found a fabulous peparkakor recipe, so there's that to look forward to :)

Broadchurch was fantastic, I'm really looking forward to the next season.

You're way ahead of me girl, I haven't even shopped yet! :O_O:
(My car won't be here tomorrow but I might be able to borrow my father's... I'm planning on hitting the shops and also finishing up a whole lot of other chores I haven't gotten to yet. Maybe I should put some Christmas music on to try and get into the groove?)

That's what I'm thinking, Flake. I have to try to vault out of this trench--it's not fair to the kids. So baking, movies, wrapping, and corny Christmas music it is for tomorrow :) I still have to get something for my mother, but I'm not feeling inclined at all at the moment. :lee: We went to see a play of "It's a Wonderful Life" this afternoon (Christmas present from the inlaws)--DD#2 was appalled (she's not seen the movie): "This is the most depressing Christmas show I've ever seen!" Made me giggle through the last half :)

I know, I feel the same way... we went away for the day today to a birthday celebration (which was great fun) and so I had kind of put Christmas aside until this was over... so tomorrow, I'll have to just knuckle down.
(I'm also taking a long time to come right from this virus, going to try and fit a doc's visit in tomorrow, so am probably just low energy in general.)

No worries though, it'll all get done... :biggrin2:
