I don't re-read a lot books, there are just too many new ones to get to. Though there are some authors whose work is full of stories within the stories. Peter Straub being one, I've re-visited many of his books.

I think Patrick SwayzeThat was actually good. Are you one of those that swoon over him in North and South, Dirty Dancing and other appearancews?
Not mine either. But I think he had a good sense of humor.I think Patrick Swayze is a numpty (may he rest in peace) (my Mom said you should not speak ill of the dead).
I just never saw the attraction, actually, although he was a good looking man - just not my type.
To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything etc. was not too badNot mine either. But I think he had a good sense of humor.
I must admit that i love Dirty Dancing. See it a lot. I have it on DVDNot mine either. But I think he had a good sense of humor.

I agree - he was a very good actor - I just did not join the hoards of women who drooled over him - now the guy from Castle - I like him - good sense of humour, etc. (Nathan Fillion) - he was also in something called "Firefly"I've seen all his movies pretty much. I always thought he did a fine job.
You went in too hot when they dropped you.I liked him in Dirty Dancing and Ghost. When I was living at a nursing hostel during my childcare study, some of the people I was boarding with and I acted out the lift dance scene in the TV area.
I was 'Baby' because I was the smallest... they dropped me the first two times (I went back for more, so must have been drunk) after that I think I remember wishing that they had just 'put baby in a corner'.
I think they were probably drunk too!You went in too hot when they dropped you.
I swear he channeled 'Miss Kitty' from Gunsmoke in To Wong Foo!!!To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything etc. was not too bad
(I have never watched Dirty Dancing all the way through, either) (or Ghost)
I cheated and got that picture off the internet, but I have the same books though. I love that artwork. From The Gunslinger:
David no longer hunted the sky. His feathers had lost the radiant animal brightness of three years ago, but the eyes were still as piercing and motionless as ever. You cannot friend a hawk, they said, unless you are half a hawk yourself, alone and only a sojourner in the land, without friends or the need of them. The hawk pays no coinage to love or morals.
Now I'm re-reading volume two.
