"There is no honor among thieves" and this story stands as a testimony to that adage. The story title comes from the way the loot from a heist was to be split. The were 4 original participants but a fifth outside party deals themselves into the split. It's musical chairs with murder and the last man standing gets all the loot.

This story sort of reminds me of the Lufthansa heist featured in "Goodfellas". The split participants just keeps getting smaller and smaller and the share amount larger and larger.

Well as that old Chicago philospher Al Capone once observed "You can accomplish more with a kind word and a gun than you can with a kind word alone".
