What irritates me to no end is when glib interviewers ask the same trite and stale questions that he's heard a million times. I'm to the point where it makes me nauseated, lol. King is a pro and way more kind than I'd be. "Why are you drawn to horror?", "Where do you get your ideas?", and the reoccurring and shameless questions about the movies and not the BOOKS upon which the movies are based. No wonder he gets tired and jaded from these interviews...they lack nuance and originality.
Some of them haven't done their homework and it's painfully obvious many are not versed in his work. Just cringe-worthy.

...it's why, whenever I've done an interview-that I try to come from a different direction....same old crap, is the same old crap....the smell ain't ever gonna change....
