It is real. I saw it in news on TV. The thief uses same thing as Brady has to lock car first, a few second earlier than car owner does.
When owner leaves the carl, thief opens car door with his own thing.
The more technological thing is the imitated base station of mobile phone. The imintated device is hiden in back-covered pickup or minibus
which cruises in downtown. It sends text to people's mobile phone around 1-5 square km, depending on the power of device. Text is phishing.
