Revival debuts on Publisher Weekly at.....

Hi All! I opened up the Sunday paper yesterday, all excited to see if 'Revival' had made it onto Publisher Weekly's Best-Selling Books List yet and was somewhat disappointed to see that it 'debuted' at #2. I was surprised to say the least. I always just assumed that King's novels (since the publication of Cujo at least) went straight to the #1 position when they were released. Any thoughts?

IIRC Needful Things also debuted at number 2 and Hearts in Atlantis at number 4.
