....this was another hard death for me to accept, given my love of good voice work....Don was the last of a classic breed....his entire career was spent at NBC...unheard of in this day of no allegiance to anything but the buck...another bit of light has dimmed on the stage of life....tell them what they won?.....we were winners everytime that voice rolled forth...

:clap:I wholeheartedly agree - especially when listening to doctors dictate I have noticed a few suffer from superfluous verbosity.

I was very very disappointed with SNL in their opening show. First of all, it sucked. Second, one small picture of Don going to a commercial break. If anyone deserves a tribute, it's Don Pardo.

I think SNL and Lorne Michaels were totally disrespectful.
